WOW ... What a way to start off WOMEN'S MONTH !!!
The ladies arrived early , in anticipation ... right on time looking forward to this DANCE INDABA ... I could feel it ! Then , 10 30 am finally HIT us and we found ourselves sweating all over the dance floor ...
Toning was the call of the day , my duty was to make the ladies feel good while working them to the MAX !

Our favourite section was when we threw on our heels and rocked those legs right from the CALVE MUSCLES ... Music played a vital part as I told the ladies to 'IGNORE THE PAIN , ENJOY THE MUSIC" we screamed this out LOUD and YES , IT WORKED !!!
