DANCE INDABA was a HIT !!!

                                               THE DANCE INDABA ... was a HIT !!!!

 
WOW ... What a way to start off WOMEN'S MONTH !!!
 
The ladies arrived early , in anticipation ... right on time looking forward to this DANCE INDABA ... I could feel it ! Then , 10 30 am finally HIT us and we found ourselves sweating all over the dance floor ...

 
Toning was the call of the day , my duty was to make the ladies feel good while working them to the MAX !

 


using chairs to zone in on those hidden muscles in the arms !! DO NOT TRY THIS @ HOME , unless u have the K' DVD !!! LOL .... *I just had to*
 
Our favourite section was when we threw on our heels and rocked those legs right from the CALVE MUSCLES ... Music played a vital part as I told the ladies to 'IGNORE THE PAIN , ENJOY THE MUSIC" we screamed this out LOUD and YES , IT WORKED !!!

 
Dietitian JEANZ SUBRAMONEY engaged us re: What foods do to our systems need , and why we need to go out there and explore till we find foods that work for our specific individual needs.

The lovely ROSIE MOTENE inspired us with her powerful journey to SELF LOVE and INDEPENDENCE

PORTIA QUBEKA is an inspiration to ME and many of my friends and DANCESATION clients ! I THANK GOD DAILY  that she's MY MOTHER !
She motivated us and told us how she keeps FIT and healthy ... over the age of FIFTY !!!
