My look today! "A Golden Hot Mess" LOL ...watch the Show & you'll see why! Ps. Look at the dress in the pics! Picture yourself in it... Yes!?  Now get yourself one. asap!! Only "Bogart ladies in Rosebank!!"

Now, to the Dance Your Butt Off Business:
House Music has become a popular genre of music through out the world, with Dj's lifting the bar each year, no wait, each month , no hang on, each DAY!!

This weeks challenge was to Free yourself & Moooooove to "House" jams!
I was soooooo impressed with certain contestants who went completely 'out of the box' simply because its easy to remain stagnant & safe when dancing to such a popular genre because Everybody does the same 'Popular steps'!

Some contestants relied on the Music too much, they thought, "well, we chose good / popular Music, so we can take it easy on the dancing"
"WRONGO", says I !!

This is Dance Your Butt Off! Never take it easy Anywhere!!
With so much money at stake and with being given a National Platform! "Wake up & smell your success" is all Khabodacious can say!!

Some advise from me! Get a Box of Tissues, you are not going to like how this episode ends!
DYBO on Sabc 1! 18 30 ! Let's Moooooove!!

EVENT REVIEW: "HEY WOMAN" BREAKFAST

"HEY WOMAN Breakfast" was a success!! It was a morning of inspiration indeed! The food was great! The company was out of this world and we all shed some tears! It was beautiful! Thank you "Sandown Sun Hotel" for such an Ambiance!! PORTIA QUBEKA mesmerized us with a beautiful performance from her latest album titled "Never too Late"! She is a Musical genius as she produced and wrote all the tracks on the album! BEPHETHILE M. PHAKATHI from the Mpumalanga Provincial Government department of Health and Social Services came all the way from Mpumalanga also representing the "Debora Women Foundation" initiated by Pastor and friend of mine Portia Mashaba of Ligwalagwala Fm! She gave an amazing talk, she made us remember what WE represent! JULIA BRITOU is a young film producer & author now on her 3rd book! She told us her story! She has come out of a hard and painful situation and she showed us that Women conquer all no matter what!!
We also HAVE to remember to look good! Kay KALKAPERSAD...of "Hair by Kay" who also styles my hair on the TV show "Dance Your Butt Off" came in and demonstrated her skills! She gave the ladies a glamorous Make over and ladies walked out feeling fresh with a new sense of pride!  Now you know why Kay is MY hair guru!!!
Our surprise guest was NTSIKI MAZWAI - poet, song stress, author and friend! She took off her shoes and took us away while reminding us that we are beautiful black women... " Noma sine growth"!! Heeeeeeyiiiiiiiii!! Thanks to ALEX Fm, KASIE fm and LIGWALAGWALA Fm for endorsing this "Hey Woman" initiative!   The next one will be held in Mpumalanga! Do join us!!
