DANCE TO FITNESS INDABA BREAKFAST     

“The greatest medicine off all is to teach people how not to need it”

This has been my journey since 2007 when I officially launched my 1st Dance Class in Orange Grove! Not everybody likes going to the gym, or running or the intimidating “sweat/boot camp” sessions… BUT, everybody loves DANCING. So, why not tone up, shape up and get inspired while having FUN! This is my calling. I was born to DANCE YOU TO FITNESS!!

This Dance to Fitness Indaba breakfast is an intimate set up where women get a chance to DANCE and also ask questions freely about their OWN bodies, Nutrition, Wellness and Fitness in different ages. We will have a few “mother daughter” pairs present and they will be inspired by the conversation that will be had with them by Khabonina and Portia Q. (Mother Daughter Speakers).

“It really doesn’t have to be a no carbohydrate or an extremely low carbohydrate way of eating, it can be depending on what YOUR needs might be” – Times of India quotes.

A Dietitian Jeanine Subramoney will take them on a different journey, conversing with them individually about their specific “problem areas”, if there are any. She believes in sustainable health, “not for a moment but a lifetime”.
