It finally happed ... on THURSDAY the 30th 0f OCTOBER 2014 at ATLAS STUDIO in Johannesburg the KHABODACIOUS ONLINE HEALTH and FITNESS SHOW was born !
This took months of planning , budgeting for and conceptualizing ! It is not a sponsored or commissioned show , but it will HIT Mzansi's social media like a ton of bricks when its finally launched !

3. NUTRITION - what are we putting in our systems
Its a fun show , it was exhausting to shoot all the workouts , stunts etc ... but it was damn worth it , so far ... we are LOOKNG GOOD !! Im so excited and proud of this initiative and achievement !
