Here are some more tips for staying fit during the time-crunched, temptation-packed holiday season:
1. Be flexible when your days get busy, Instead of "deleting" your 5 PM. trip to the gym in favor of an office party at the same time, wake up an hour early and walk or jog or Julukment dvd yourself before work.
2. Mix up your routine to avoid boredom. “If you usually run four days a week, try running once, swimming once, and lifting weights twice.
3. To save time, I reckon combining exercising and family commitments. For example, marching the kids up a hill a few times can make a 'dreading' trip as beneficial as a jog. When you're tempted to slack off, envision yourself looking good on the beach... Aka eBish!
4. Create a holiday wish list for one or more improved body area(s). So if your biggest goal is to Lower umKhaba, or tighten amaThanga then make THAT your Holiday Goal! Expect this to take a certain amount of sacrifice. Keep your discipline constant. Siyazwana?
5. Be ready for abo Brother / abo Sista checking you out! People are attracted to a strong, healthy body. Your confidence will show if you've been keeping up with your eating and exercise habits.
6. Create a home workout routine for those times you can't make it to the gym. The good thing is that I have already created a "Julukment Fitness Dvd" for YOU - where your home furniture becomes your Gym equipment! So you can exercise using every room of your house , even if you take a room a day for the week... You'll be sorted!
7. Increase your time management skills over the holiday season. Organize your day the evening before. Prioritizing your tasks beforehand will help you find time to exercise. Each week, make it a priority to fit in three exercise sessions.
8. Walking is an exercise that can go anywhere, from the farms to the malls! Always have a pair of running or walking shoes with you, along with a set of light, hand-held weights, and a clean pair of socks, If all else fails, you have the minimum equipment necessary to get in a walk! Another suggestion: add a heavy book to a backpack to make your walk more challenging.
Look, holidays can be both stressful and fun! To "UP" the fun and "LOWER" the stress, we MUST try our best to keep fit and healthy, this will not only benefit YOU as an individual, but everyone around you! Wouldn't this make your holiday more pleasant?
Come on, we are in this together... Let's give it a GO!

You're so disciplined! I think I'm like most people, tend to think a holiday is just an excuse to eat way more and do way less than usual! But I take the point in your last picture, our bodies are truly the only place we have to live so I guess a little more discipline wouldn't hurt me.
