Your HEALTHY GROCERY list ... On a Budget !

It's #FitnessTuesday !!! 
I told you we getting #Personal , I go as far as your #GROCERIES !!! 

Look we ALL LOVE OUR BREAD , SUGAR & PASTERIES mainly because our Palates were conditioned / programed to enjoy / be addicted to them ! So let's reprogramme the mind ! Let's "Challenge the Palate" just this month and say NO TO BREAD & NO TO SUGAR !

Grains : 
Brown rice 
Oatmeal 
Corn 
Pasta / Noodles 

Dairy :
Skimmed Milk 
Fat free yoghurt 

Protein : 
Beans & Lentils 
Eggs 
Chicken ( REMOVE SKIN) 
Peanut Butter 
Fish 
Tuna (Canned in brine) 

Fruits & Vegetables : 
Cabbage 
Potatoes
Lettuce 
Cauliflower 
Carrots 
Cucumber 
Banana 
Melon / Watermelon
Oranges 
Apples 
Frozen veggies 

Tea : 
Ginger Tea
Green Tea 
Any other flavored or not  Tea as long as you don't add "Poison Sugar" to it!   

Did you notice : NO BREAD !! NO SUGAR !!
