Exercise : Your body is a Machine ! Start slowly , Choose the kind of exercises that work for YOU & rock it ! Remember ... You don't necessarily need to go to a Gym ... you can workout wherever you are ! SO ... Make every TUESDAY your FITNESS TUESDAY ! 

A CALL TO - 
Make Healthier Food Choices : Our palates have been trained / programmed / conditioned to "enjoy" certain foods more than others ... & if you look carefully ... Most of those foods are highly processed fatty unhealthy foods ! Your duty is to re program / re condition your mind to enjoying the pure unprocessed or rather "less processed" healthier food like your fruits veges etc. 

A CALL TO - 
Be more "ACTIVE" with your Partner tonight ... Get out of the "Box" ... Try new things ... Hell ... Find yourselves UPSIDE DOWN !!! But please let TUESDAY be your "Sexy Day" ! #MakeThatCall boo.

    Omg...I didnt realise you had a blog, I was literaly going trough youtube for fitness and health motivation for an everyday normal girl and I ddnt find anything I could relate to nd I had jst gave up nd decided to check the streets of twitter nd I found u, its weird cos ive been following u for a long tym bt nd ddnt realise you hv a blog.my problem is that I struggle with being motivated and eating healthy bt jst reading your blog jst gave me renewed hope to take it day by day. You r jst a god sent kea leboha ausi for your work
